We have our separate quality control team to supervise and inspect the quality of the garments. The garments are being inspected in the following phases by the quality control team :

a) Inspection of the fabric
b) On line inspection in the sewing floor
c) Main inspection after sewing
d) Inspection in the finishing section
e) Final inspection after cartoning

In each of the above section of each factory, we have one Quality Supervisor who is in charge of the inspection team.

SOCIAL ACCOUNTABILITY

OUR POLICY CONCERING CHILD LABOUR

We definitely ensure that there is no child labor in any of our organizations. We have our appointed doctor to certify them to be
the eligible for being a worker who crosses his/her childhood.

OUR POLICY CONCERNING OTHER POINTS OF SA 8000 SOCIAL NORM (SAFETY, WORKING TIME, COMPENSATION)

> We maintain the discipline of the factory in compliance to the relevant point of SA 8000 Social Norms.

> For Safety Matters, we have a complete set of fire Extinguisher Unit available in our factory to protect any fire hazard. Besides, we have two separate
staircases for the entry and exit of the workers. Proper ventilation and allumination of the factories are also being ensured.

> Regarding Working Time, we have a regular 8 hrs working time with one hour break for lunch. On special case, we have overtime session for the
worker maximum for 2 hours a day.

> We have our welfare fund for the worker being organized by each factory and the fund in being monitored and looked after by a number of
representatives from among the workers. In case of any crisis, loan and other facilities is ensured for the workers from the fund.

OUR DEVELOPMENT POLICY

Our plan to develop our companies in the coming years, can be depicted as follows :

To equip our factories with new and modern machines as a replacement whenever needed.

To arrange Training Program for the Executives of Head Office and Supervisors of the factories to work more efficiently and understand the need of the customer with the right motivation.

To envisage back-ward linkage facility for our factories gradually in compliance to the regular demand of the fabric and mainly to ensure quicker delivery of the garments.
